Thanks for your reporting. Maybe others are doing similarly, but if it weren’t for your work I’d not know that we in the City of Hartford are owed $400,000 on this grocery store extravaganza and boondoggle. It’s not that the City is broke, it’s just that it doesn’t have any money. What the heck are our pols thinking? Any bets on whether the City ever gets the money back?
