State Supreme Court May Rule In Foley/Fedele Case

Having trouble keeping track of the various legal hearings and filings in the fight between Republican gubernatorial candidates Tom Foley and Michael Fedele?

Try following the arguments today at the Connecticut Supreme Court.

We’ll have a story later today.  But for now, the court is in recess — after an hour of argument, the court took a pause to try and see if it could reach a decision in the case.  We’ll keep you posted.

At issue is the state’s public campaign finance program and whether Fedele should have been given roughly $2 million in taxpayer cash.
