State Supreme Court Will Hear Foley Appeal

Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley will have a chance to argue his case against Lt. Gov. Michael Fedele before the Connecticut Supreme Court.

But not before Fedele starts spending his roughly $1 million in supplemental public campaign cash.

You can listen to our interview with Foley attorney Daniel Krisch later today during All Things Considered. Meanwhile you can read the court’s approval of Foley’s motion to file an appeal, and you can read it’s denial of his motion for a temporary injunction that would have stopped Fedele’s spending. They’re quick reads.

Also, Krisch said Foley has filed for a federal injunction, too.  Here’s the complaint. Stay tuned.
