Campaign Finance And Abraham Giles

The state’s public campaign finance program is being challenged both in the courts and by the state’s budget deficit.  As legislators try to figure out whether they can keep public money flowing, state elections officials are looking at how campaigns spent their money in 2008. With the second story in our series on public financing, WNPR’S Jeff Cohen takes a look at one of those campaigns — that of former Hartford State Rep. Abraham Giles.
