Our governor is not in a particularly good position to lend expert advice on any budget. Ryan is addressing the approaching fiscal calamity largely driven by over-sized “entitlement” promises made by FDR and LBJ. Meanwhile, Malloy’s party hasn’t passed a budget in three years. Malloy himself has his head so far up into an unlit orifice that he isn’t aware that the feds are out of money.
