Supreme Court Ruling On Juveniles May Have Limited Effect In Connecticut

The U-S Supreme Court says it’s unconstitutional to sentence juveniles to life in prison without parole for murder.  As WNPR’s Jeff Cohen reports, the ruling will have limited effect in Connecticut.
